Experience: Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in the accountancy profession advising both owner managed businesses and charities.
Jonathan trained and qualified with Alexander Sloan CA where he went on to become a Manager in the firm.
On leaving Sloan’s he went to work as a Manager with PKF in Glasgow and then was head hunted to become Senior Manager with Cook and Co in Glasgow prior to him becoming Finance Manager of one of Scotland’s National Churches.
During his time in the Church he helped to guide trustees through the many changes required to comply with new charity regulations which had come into being.
The experience gained both in practice and as Finance Manager has provided enormous insight into the needs of both charities and business owners and means that Jonathan is well placed to provide the advice you need for your organisation.
Outside Work: Jonathan is married with three children. He is an active member of his local church and is the treasurer of a number of charities.

Experience: Fiona joined Innes & Partners on 1 January 2011 having previously trained and qualified with Smith Hodge & Baxter in Kettering where she worked for 12 years.
She has been involved in the preparation and audit of statutory accounts for owner managed businesses, monthly management accounts, personal and corporate tax returns.
Fiona has also been involved in assisting clients with the implementation of Sage and Farmplan accounting software, staff training and support.
Outside Work: Fiona enjoys reading, crafting and working with children and young adults eg. Girls Brigade, Sunday School and Holiday Clubs. She is an active member in her local church.
